Holi Festival also known as Holika or the more formal name ‘Holi’ is one of the many ancient festivals of India. It finds reference in ancient Hindu text and was celebrated in Indus Valley Civilization by the Aryans too. Though the festival has been in existence for centuries, the celebration style of Holi has been influenced heavily by regional traditions and preferences of society.
